Title: Tow Truck Driver Computer

Pretty simple, it's like the police computer but it can only look up license plates so you can contact the owner of the car when you tow it.

The tow truck drivers could just type in /radio. That a officer should contact "name" and tell him/her their car have been removed because of "reason".

What if the police are minging around or nonexistant? Gotta have some kind of way to get it without metagaming. Maybe from a computer at the impound low or something.

unless it got put in tow truck driver cannot use their cell phone. But I haven't been towed truck driver in awhile so I don't know if that's gotta put in. So I don't know how they would contact the owner.
