Title: Lock Permissions

Lock permissions do not work. At all.

I have the "Allow Org Members" unchecked, yet my org members can still take my car.

It happens because permissions are not set clientside on cars. So the menu does know, and doesn't update properly. I fixed it for appartements, so we can just get it from there.

This has been fixed a few updates ago, sorry for no response, was unsure if the fix i put in from properties was working properly.
