When you go secret service and then go to another job you still have the kevlar on.

Redid the kevlar system for the next update.

Kevlar don't show in cars anymore.
Kevlar don't show in noclip anymore.
If you're dead, the kevlar does not float over your body.
And of course fixed the reported bugs with it.
