Renting a mule doesn't spawn it.

Actually it does spawn.

Crap-Head this is the same issue as the tow truck when it would spawn wherever the most recently spawned car was.

Someone said right after I spawned it that there was a mule in the firestation, but I couldn't recreate that so I figured that wasn't it.
