Title: Is 5 dollars to much for most people?
Post by: Lucifer on June 06, 2011, 03:52:42 PM: First I would like to state that I am not poor, and I exclude myself from this.

From a veteren Steam/Garry's Mod players point of you I'd like to say that more players would donate if you lowered VIP's cost. Most of G-mod, agian me excluded, is 16 and gets a 15 - 17$ Allowance. Of course, to compenstate make it server only donations. I suggest this on only two things, my expireance as a former server and frequent donator of G-mod servers. I'm not whining, nor do I actualy care how high it is. I'm just trying to help.

Also, you're not buying anything, so saying "lower the costs" is incorrect. It's a donation, and you get benefits for doing so.

It isn't about the money.
The reason it is so high is because any lower and we'd barely meet our server costs.
