Server Update

Changes:

Added ranks in the scoreboard
SA colour is now actually orange
Small tweaks to the Pistol and the M16
Gold Members+ no longer have a voice chat battery
VIP voice chat battery now decays at the same speed as detective (a lot slower)
Added a powerful AK47 to the traitor buy menu
Enabled post round deathmatch
HL2RP SAs and admins now get basic admin in the server
Server logs added for admins
Lowered the round limit to 8 minutes

Since fast dl is broken right now, you'll probably be told you're downloading an icon for the AK47 when you join, but you'll still see pink and black in the buy menu and corpse search. You'll have to add these files manually to your garrysmod\downloads\materials\vgui\ttt folder. If you choose not to, the only issue you'll see is the pink and black checkers where the icon would be. Sorry this update is kind of disappointing, I planned to add more custom weapons and such but I decided to wait until fast dl is working again. It shouldn't really be a problem, everyone was enjoying the server as it was without any custom weapons at all.

Edit: Scratch the whole "It won't download when it says it is" It will download, but it might be slow. I'll leave the manual download there in case anyone wants to grab that. Ty crap-head

Take that to the support & help section and give full details; include any error messages or anything of the sort.
