I've posted a unban topic and i'm  waiting for 4 hours now untill someone responds.

Be paitent. If admins do not respond you clearly did something pretty damn wrong.

4 hours is short. The admin that banned you / Roflwaffle has the final decision, so you need to wait for one of them to look at it. It could be that they're asleep / busy.

Long would be 2 days.  4 hours is nothing.
