Personality: Strict when around units he isn't familiar with, or when he's in a bad mood in general. Around units he's familiar with, or "friends" with, he is more casual. He amuses himself when he can with his own, twisted sense of humor most likely passed onto him by his DvL, 938. He especially likes poking fun at the lower ranking units. He's often very sarcastic. He enjoys solving puzzles, and fixing problems.
Relationships: Outside of his own division, he doesn't have many "friends". With the exception of unit 017, he strongly dislikes the ZEALOT division, which is once again most likely passed onto him from his DvL. His favorite units would most likely be 605, 101, 121, and 286. He finds himself looking up to, and is very impressionable by 938.
Notable Feature(s): Has standard Officer augments, and if you looked at his foot you would see many scars from where his DvL shot him, just like every other NOVA unit.

938 shooting someone? BAHAHAHAHAH-ok, seriously, I don't know why I find that hard to believe. 938 is the most lax DvL currently, I can't see him shooting someone :P

I transfered into ZEALOT once upon a time.
But the only units whoever shot 091 were: 71813, 03109, and 736. I recall a unit shooting me 'on accident' one time, but I can't remember the digits. Now, getting shot/stabbed/kicked/punched/ran into/spit on by citizens. That's another story....
938 shooting someone? BAHAHAHAHAH-ok, seriously, I don't know why I find that hard to believe. 938 is the most lax DvL currently, I can't see him shooting someone :P
And I would actually say that Globey was the most lax DvL I've ever met. 938 can get a little sadistic, 270 was obviously a little bit more towards the 03109 spectrum, 211 is a middle for me. Raged is muey funny dvl.

Sadistic towards citizens, yes. I have never seen him call a unit into the HCMR and then shoot him/her.

I think he just did it randomly. I do remember doing a unit checkup I believe (or maybe we were just all grouped up in the medbay, I can't remember), and he shot 280 in the foot. Then 605 laughed.
