On the OCRP server for Goverment official jobs they show up purple/black, and the police charger is an error. everything else if fine... please help

Try to clean your addons folder, and or reinstall your gmod. Once you do that. Download all of the files again, it could just be that you messed up on one of the files. The only file I could see it being would be the ocrp content pack.

Check in your OCRP content folder: Do you have a file named "info.txt"? If yes, rename it to "addon.txt", that should fix it.

I still dont get what's wrong with using the workshop files, they worked perfectly for me
