Title: HRP Bugfix released

I just pushed and set live a small bugfix for HRP. Mostly backend admin stuff, but heres the changelog:

Fixed RP Name not working
Fixed Admin Disguise
Added RP Name change warning to admins
- Unknown if it does it for new players or just changes.
Fixed admins entering vehicles while noclipped and staying invisible (they now return to color)

You forgot to mention that you disabled picking admins up in observer.
