This deal is allowed. As long as CG makes a profit of the deals.

So basically, trading in-game money with someone so he/she buys you VIP/GM is allowed. Trading in-game money from one of our servers to another (Like OCRP to HRP) is also allowed. But trading in-game money for real money or games etc (aka using in-game currency for anything not ingame/community) is not allowed.
