I wish to donate but I do not have a Paypal account is there any way to donate besides Paypal?

Paypal allows you to purchase via a credit card as well. Go to the buy credits page and click the donate button. When it asks you to log in, instead, use the pay with credit card function.

Yes, you could probably mail RoflWaffle hotwing money for VIP. You could also do trades for people on the trading board.
