VIP costs 1000 credits. You can get 1000 credits for the low price of $10.
So I guess about 125-150k OCRP would sound like a fair deal. (If you do it lower then 100k, they can just buy in-game cash with credits as that would be more profitable for them.)

PS: I'm not interested in doing the deal. I'm only helping by stating what would sound like a fair price for everyone's profit.
