Title: Disable auto-merge in Livestream section

Why?

It breaks the OP when you've had it embedded and you want to advertise that you will be livestreaming so and so on a date.

I agree, we need to be able to bump our threads up when we're livestreaming stuff and not have our threads break because editing them will ruin the embeded player.

As stated in EVERY thread about disabling it in X section:

IT CANNOT BE DISABLED PER SECTION.

Sorry about posting in locked thread, but I have an idea how to bypass automerge: have an admin make a post in your thread, then you post again, then the admin removes his post so that you have OP and first reply for updates without merge and destroying HTML code.

I've been doing this as I do the HTML embedding. But a few were not done by me so ye.
