Once I saw this forum I thought - Wow, this is really cool. I scroll down the the bottom an see that its created by DzinerStudio's. I visited their website and saw a lot of really cool free ones. trying to get a better view... I downloaded it and don;t know exactly where to put the files. Someone help me or step by Step or something?
Also, Which forum is this?

DzinerStudio created the original theme for the forum (the forum software is SMF), the free themes from DzinerStudio is installed into the correct place for SMF (can't recall it off the top of my head) and then you select the theme from within the SMF admin panel

There is 1.1 SMF and 2.0 SMF. then 2 other below it which I don't think matter. Which one do I pick?

Assuming you've got your own SMF forum then you'd go to "/index.php?action=admin" and log in, but this isn't really a SMF support forum so I advise you to take this to the SMF support forums (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php)
