I went to post up my tool trust app but I cannot post on any of the applications sections?

Open the sticky thread in the board with TT applications. It'll guide you to information topic with requirements and with link to a form you have to fill up.

There is not link to a form... The link goes to the info page for ALL the applications there is no new thread button anywhere?

There is a link to apply. Do not lie and read all the information carefully, as you are expected to. If you would, you would see it (http://i.imgur.com/a1wFc.png).
