Title: Businesses?

Now, I am completely new at HL2 roleplay, so bear with me if I get this entire thing wrong. Citizens are supposed to create businesses, yes? And to get businesses, you need 160 tokens. I've been told that the only way to make money is to sell something through your business, so how do you even get enough money to create a business?! This confounds me to a great extent. Thank'ee.

Citizens are provided with rations; each contains 60 tokens + breen water and citizen supplements.
Please bear with the recent dull of rations, a lot of stuff has been going on with the CCA so we've been busy.

You may earn tokens by selling items but this is optional. You mainly get them via rations which are barely done.

How would you sell items? And which items would you sell?

Buy a business permit and sell any that aren't outlawed.
