After doing some google mapping since Ineu, Romania is a real city and C45 is located in Vienna Austria if I am correct here is the distance between C45 and Ineu.
567 km, 5 hours 58 mins
E-75
531 km, 6 hours 27 mins
Route 46 and E-75
So I hope this will be added to backstories if you make a new character or make a character for the first time on outlands. But I would say it is near 550km or 345 miles

That would equate to roughly 2-3 months of walking. I think.
I mean if they're walking at 5mp/h then that would be 113.4 days.

Except that City 45 is not in Vienna, it's currently unconfirmed:

I was trying to look for the thread that said it was in Vienna someone showed it to me a while ago when an argument brewed about where C45 is on HL2RP, if I do find it again I will put a link.

I know what your talking about with that thread but it was unofficial info. Intuitive is probably only a day or two walk from 45.

Its a day or two from the canals last I was told, but it could be a lot longer depending on OTA patrols, Bandits and such.

I believe that City 45 is located in the country of Romania, not a city?

A pass is the route you take to go over a mountain, thus ineu pass is the path over the ineu mountan. Doesn't have to do with the city. Also, the geographical relations are not the same and the pass is approximately 300km away from the city.
