Ok, first off, this is not a waah waah promote me now thread, I'm just going on a small rant here.
I've been in the CCA since April 20th or so. Got promoted to 04. Was happy. Now, it's like 4 weeks later.
1. I'm still an 04. (I am not asking for promo, read the rest)
2. I was accepted into the CCA with 145. He's now an OfC. ( He deserves it)
3. 192, who has been in the CCA for 10 days since May 11, is now an 03.
I don't mind being an 04, but it's getting annoying how all 192 has to do is roleplay a badass person and e gets promoed. It's the real stuff that counts. Just today, I found an MP7 lying on a shelf in the DIORDANA cafe, and all I get is a good job and a pat on the back.
I'm not asking for promo, I'm accepting where I am right now, but this is slightly irritating.

Ey, You're lucky you're even an 04. I'm not assmoting anyone anymore. DBK is going to stay that rank for a while. And yeah, when I was an 04 in Hostell, I stayed that rank for 5-6 weeks. I stayed until I got an 01. It was a very very long time.

I know I'm lucky to be an 04, and I can wait to be promoed and actually RP in the time being, just mad at all the assmoting.

Thanks tittles. Not saying that 192 doesn't deserve it, it's just I have barely seen him in the field.

I agree, I'm only RcT, I'm going to finish up my 1 1/2 weeks first before I say anything about a Promo or joining a division.

What you have to do is be more active and make yourself standout (by that I mean show your DvL/OfC that you are a good unit)

I try, I try to be proactive, also I comply to higher ups orders as soon as I hear them (Read them lol)
I also stunstick Exogen, hoping bravery will stand out (second time has been stamped ooc) I leave Metropolice Rations on a table in lobby for people to take. I also give citizens request devices.
