Since all my time playing in HL2RP i have never had any rations.
and don't say: well people keep asking we add 5min. i can't believe people ask for rations evry 5min.
please give rations more often it's more realistic that way...

It's because a SA needs to be online to spawn rations, and a lot people need to be online.
It's just rarer because SA's aren't always online, not that I'm saying that they're inactive.

Well, just add (like in Tacoscript) an option for CPs to spawn rations with a limit of lets say 20-30 server-wide. Make it so that logs register who dropped a ration and who picked one up to prevent CPs from dropping rations somewhere in a corner of the map, switching to citizen and picking them up.

I say, we make it so DvL + can spawn rations...

That's ridiculous. DvL's shouldn't even be involved in such daily citizen matters. They've got a higher command position. Ration distribution is a job given to Squadleaders/Officers and their deployed teams.

I am online quite a lot, and I always spawn a few shipments of rations inside the terminal. It's just that there aren't many high ranked officers online who have the authority to do rations. Most of them are from America, which means rations only happen at evening/night times for Europeans.
