The current city has undergone major construction work and therefore the new city is now open for general use. Your city administrator has approved this new city and is now in office. This new city is very close to the old city we had, however it has received several major modifications enabling our citizens to perform admirably and the citizen protection team to cooperate better and perform there jobs better!

OOC: This means the HL2RP server is now running on a NEW map this requires you to DOWNLOAD (http://catalyst-gaming.net/downloads/rp_city45_catalyst.zip) it!

To be honest its mostly nexus changes and checkpoint changes so that hopefully it won't RSO as often.
