I was wondering how we obtain radios, I had recently seen someone with it, and wondered how he got it, so I inquired In the LOOC chat, and he said he bought it from a trader. I had seen no traders around, so I asked if they could be randomly spawned on the map, the same person just did a /me shrugs. Can anyone tell me?

You can acquire a handheld radio or stationary radio from someone with v flags (being someone who can give it to you for a amount of tokens or just to trade - cough traders) or somewhere spawned (10 to 40 percent at some times) around areas. If you donate for VIP (maybe) or GOLD, you have access to contraband food and most importantly, two different types of radios. You should probably try authorizations for a amount of items but before you do so, look at the authorization restrictions on what to do and what not to do. Hope this helps!
