I'm just about to join the out lands, and I'm wondering if there are vehicles, and if we can make them.

There are but to get the proper vehicle entity I imagine you'd need at least super admin authorization, dunno who you'd talk to really.

So you can't get vehciles without being a SA+? (Btw nice picture,)

No you don't have to be an admin, you just need to speak to one of them about getting authorization for a vehicle, how you got it IC, etc, vehicle are only given to people who RP getting them (finding a broken one, repairing it, etc) and people who they can trust too because they can be really easily abused.

Alright. So. They banned the building of vehicles earlier this year, though on occasion you see people using them. That's because they're outlands oldfags and built them before the rule, such as yours truly. You can always donate a load of money to Rofl and he'll throw flags your way, but you need a thick wallet to do so.

I tried building a vehicle that I had in a garage (still have the photo of it) but I was "kicked back" by a few people and so I couldn't build it.
