Title: Harbor = Fucked
Post by: Locuzt??¢ on July 14, 2012, 08:43:09 PM
As of now, I cannot connect to Harbor RP.  When I connect, I lag so badly that I cannot see where I'm going.

When I look in the console, I get the following messages CONSTANTLY:
1. Fishing pot medium tried to use a null entity.
2. [AntiCrash] Connection lost

How do I fix this; and what is the problem?

Try deleting your lua/downloads/cache folders and restarting Gmod

The problem arose again, but doing what you said no longer fixes it.

If this keeps on happening do this
Step 1 = Delete everything in your addons folder

Step 2 = Re-join HRP ( So you get the files )

Step 3 = Go onto http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/ And try to find Harbor roleplay gamemode

Step 4 = Re-download it and overwrite the addons

Step 5 = Re-join and check your player console to see if you have the nulls.

Bad advice, I wouldn't recommend doing this. As well as that our gamemode is not publicaly available

I hate to say it but the only sure way maybe to reinstall GMod. Might not help but its a clean start.

I wouldn't recommend this unless it is your VERY LAST possible option.

What you can try is to verify your game cache which you can do by going to your steam library, rightclick on Gmod, go to properties and then under one of those tabs.
