Title: [OCRP] Bass Module refuses to play sweet beets
Post by: Communist Cookie on July 07, 2012, 04:37:49 AM
(http://www.worldcommunitycookbook.org/season/guide/photos/beets.jpg)

I get this error every time I join OCRP:

Hook 'RadiosCL' Failed: [ocrp\gamemode\cl_init.lua:314] attempt to call method 'A' (a nil value)

These are the steps I went through when installing:
- Download SVN
- make "Bass Module" folder in addons
- SVN checkout
- Click the .bat and go though installation

Tried it with the SVN, without SVN. Reinstalling, etc. Keep getting the same error.

Also, whenever I press F1 nothing shows up. No station names.

This is just a last resort as an attempt. I reccomend clearing all the files from the bottom link (http://filesmelt.com/dl/Bass.DLL.zip) before doing this.

Download Link (http://filesmelt.com/dl/bass2.exe)

So after you have downloaded open the application on your desktop or wherever you downloaded it.

Then simply check the destination folder is correct

Click to see the original size.
 It Should be c:\program files \steam\SteamApps\Steam User\garrysmod\
Or for 64bit OS
c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\User\garrysmod\

Then Click Install
Click to see the original size.

Now you are ready to listen to the radio on OCRP!

Hope this helped!

:Note: If you have previously installed and it has not worked then you can always copy these files into the right places.

No problem, Always happy to help. I guess this is sorted now so I'll just go ahead and lock this.
