What did I miss? All the servers are down.

They are down due to the new update Garry put today. The servers need to be updated and they are working on it now. Also this could of been easily asked over the shoutbox and not made into a new thread.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this thread. Keeping it locked as it was answered but I'm removing the warning.

This could and SHOULD have been asked over the shoutbox since only a simple answer was needed. It has NOTHING to do with a debate or discussion of a personal matter, no lengthy, medium or small debate was needed to answer this question, hence warning was issued due to the two counts. But obviously you're boss man :)
Unless this kid has severe emotional problems due to the servers being down? Hopefully not lol.

-This includes speculating the reason for the server(s) being offline.
-You will be give ONE warning only and then a forum warning will be issued. Continued disregard for the rule will result in a 1 day forum ban.

I didn't say anything about him asking in the shoutbox. What I said was: "Absolutely USELESS (#1) post in the WRONG (#2) section." I define useless in this case, as being a question that does not require a discussion at all. Since this is a board that is for discussion and since there are two things that he did wrong, I made my decision to warn.
I believe my judgement is right in this case, however you obviously do not and you're the boss.
And you're right, it's not a big deal and you may think I'm making a big deal over this, but I thoroughly dislike you overruling a decision that was very legal and justified.
I will drop the matter because as stated, you are the boss. You know best.
