Can we be refunded if not please with the gold vip purchase? or do we need to take it straigth out from paypal? like make a item dispute?

You cannot get a refund when you donate for that rank. The gold member rank and it's benefits are only given to say "Thanks" for donating to support catalyst gaming.

You donated, you didn't purchase anything from CG. You don't just get your donations refunded, if you open a dispute you will be permabanned from all CG servers. As Cow said, you are simply donating to the community and in return we give you either VIP or Gold Member.
