Hello, I'm new to the roleplay server and I'm a bit confused on what to do after the question prompts. I click on new, the screen goes greyish and I can't do anything, I see the box saying Citizen with the pictures of Citizens, but I can't seem to do anything, Sorry if this is a really nooby question or if it already has been answered. Thanks for reading.

Click on the little arrow on the right side of the box, and pick your gender. Click on all the 'continue' buttons you see when you're done with that specific page or It'll cancel the creation of that character as well.

Pretty sure you are describing the problem I had. There is a 'X' at the top right of your screen, click it and the grey 'layer' will disappear and you should be able to continue creating your character
