Title: [SUGGESTION FOR CITY] Random Abductions

Alright, so it's a normal day in City 45, and the citizens and units are minding their own business. But suddenly a citizens friend is missing, and the units try and find them, then a unit goes missing too, and now both sides are in panic. People would continue to go missing until they find out where the Abducter is placing everyone. This would authorize Citizens to go Explore the city, aswell as Units.

Explore the city, no. Units would stay within the proper districts.

However I do like this idea, as me and Jonco are working on something that citizens could help us with...

I forgot to add, you may also add onto this idea, give suggestions, and tweak it a little. Im up for opinions.
