Im typing a assignment and this keeps on popping up and i dont know how to fix

Quite clearly you ran out of disk space.

i dont know how i did i rarely play games on it and i just mainly use it for school stuff (school laptop) and this only pops up in word nothing else do i need to delete anything to fix it
