Pretty sure I already Unoutlandafied you... but

Accepted, You will have to be on the City server for your character to be brought back from the Outlands server.

If you Picked up any items while in the Outlands, you will have to either drop them on the Outlands server, or give them to the Admin who unoutlandafies the character.
