Server Update

• Added planes that fly high in the sky occasionally. Purely cosmetic.
• Made a new Organization System from scratch.
• Ability to disable/enable organization chat.
• Ability to display online and offline members.
• Abillity to remove offline members.
• Change member permissions for each member.
• Notifications when members join/leave/get kicked.
• Coast Guard SC-1 boat are now modified faster boats.
• Added 'CG lights' to Coast Guard SC-1 boats.
• Added a 'Lamp light' entity you can buy, which you can turn on and off by using it.

Since the old organization system was so horrible, I was not able to convert the old data it used to the new type so everyone will have to remake their organizations. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Well done, the light idea is brilliant.  Shame about the orgs, but that is alright.

I havent seen any planes yet... were is the best spot to be able to see them?
