Title: What about OTA?

I have been playing on the outlands server a while now, and I played A LOT when the new map came. I havn't even seen one OTA soldier the whole time I've played. This might be bad luck, but I'm starting to quetion if I'll ever see one...

Question:
-Does OTA even go the outlands server anymore?

We need an EOW and auth to deploy to outlands. Two of them are now on leave, and the other is in a different time zone. So even assuming we do manage to get the auths, the chances that an EOW is available to lead are still pitful.

aka the current system sucks and something needs to be done about it

Even getting 3-4 more active EOW would fix the majority of the problem.
