Reason for the switch:Ignorance, I joined the outlands server just to see what it was, I did not know that by using my city character it would change it to outlands and that I would not be able to change it back.

Checked your inventory, no weapons or ammo or anything of that sort was picked up in Outlands; therefore this is accepted. Ask an SA in the CITY server to unoutland your character. Tell them to refer to this.
