Admin who issued PK: -I can't remember.-
Reason for Un-PK: Apparently my "public execution" was to be auth'd by a DvL, which it wasn't. Therefore it was an unauthorized action and wasn't allowed, apparently.

Rinia isn't on the CCA BOL list nor the ZEALOT priority target list.

Uhh... Wat? I remember chasing Renea into the trainstation because she was tagged as a BOL by a scanner, orrr? The hell is goin' on here. Also - KMP auth'd the public execution in an event suggestion. He's a CmD, so it had more than enough weight behind authorization.

Well then, seeing as it was an "event", I guess no PK was allowed in the first place. Accepted. Contact an admin in-game or a dev to get un-PKed.
