Crafting of makeshift weapons. These include: Explosives (designed from rare trash), Small Daggers, Knives, 2x2's, apples, bananas, anything laying around into a weapon.

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Before he transferred he was quite the "Mr. Fix it.", he used too be an electrician, and took a side course of pyrotechnics. These schools and his job have been eliminated due too illegal contraband, so he works for the resistance using the skills he learnt for justice.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
Crafting, Random Weapons Out of Junk, Extremely Basic Combat skills with said weapons.
Defects
Limited Items too Craft With, Items are extremely difficult too make, I wont always use them too attack an officer. I will conserve the item, and use it for self defence or too give too a friend.

Its not going too be as if I go "Hey a bit of wood! Hey look a bit of glass! Hey look a bit of steel! Oh hey, I put these two bits together and look! Its a knife!" I am going too make it as if its extremely difficult too find the items, and put them together, shape them, etc. I will also be doing random things like picking a rock up, and then jamming it into a CCA's face, or throwing an apple at them. Things like that.
