Title: Experiencing troubles (character creation)

Whenever I join the City or Outlands server and attempt to make a character the screen goes white and makes it so I can only see the Citizen logo/picture. Help?

EDIT:
Just noticed a small X in the corner. Clicking it removed the white fog and lead me to character creation. Solved.

What that does is link you to a forum post here about how to RP a citizen and proper physical descriptions and things like that if you're unsure on what to do. It seems you've already figured out how to get rid of it.
