I don't think my Account is properly linked with OCRP. I cannot see my awards on my forum account, and I am neither receiving the

administrator status on my player card/items. This happened before when i donated for Gold-member, Roflwaffle had to manually make

me a gold-member in-game. IF you have any ways of fixing this please post below. Thanks.

Make absolutely sure the SteamID matches?  I think that might cause this.
