Title: Help with starting HL2RP [City one, not outlands]

When I complete the questions, and I click new, a white box appears with text saying "Citizen", with a few men and women to show what the citizens look like. Then, when I click on that, nothing happens. The box just stays. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Please help.

You're supposed to press continue I think, not the box.

I think it's Statuas guide to help you create a citizen, there should be an x in the top right corner, if it's not that I don't really know.
