Part 1: The applying phase.

As almost all of you know, you have to apply for certain characters in a RP universe, wether it is Fallout, Stalker, or HL2. For starters, even before you start making the application, create a base line backstory and build off that, then fill out your information (CID, Name and such). For a good application work on it for atleast 2-3 weeks. You also need Loyalist status on this particular server, so save up your points!

Nice guide, less than a paragraph long and the information is wrong (Don't need loyalist anymore)

 You need to put more creativity in your work Bourneco due to the fact that a almost full paragraph isn't going to help the community at all.
