i used bind on F1,F2 etc...
and now i can use on ocrp trade and all.
what can i do? to reset the conrols?

In the Keyboard tab in your Gmod options there should be a reset button. That would probably your best bet.

On topic, if you go into GMod (with console enabled), enter the following commands separately, they should be the right ones:

bind f1 showhelp
bind f2 showteam
bind f3 showspare1
bind f4 showspare2
