Point being is that the Combine basically win in every selection. To be honest if there WAS a real invasion of the Combine and such I think I would join them. The whole war basically is just one sided.

For instance, there is a lot of suffering in third-world countries ruled by dictators. If the combine took over, it still might be the same, but, perhaps, they suffer less?
I would like to expand on this idea but for now I'm just not sure how to convey it.

Indeed. And the Hl2RP is also a bathtub full of CP's and rebels. I haven't seen passiv rp and when there is a full server on 15-20 of them is CCA, UU or OTA units and 10+ is in D6.

These people who is back is only fucking few players is back. such as the CWU and the loyalists. THAT IS ALSO WHY MOST OF CWU member is gone!

Reasons why I rather not be an officer is because it seems so fucking unorganized and favoritism for ranking up, could stick with recruit, but that's (fortunately) not possible.
Rebellion is not entertaining because you're, most likely, going to doubt everyone if he/she is a 'troll' or not and if he/she can or can't be trusted with several secrets.

Difference between 'Passive Citizen' and 'Citizen' on HL2RP?

They all have their strong points and I enjoy all that they have to offer, excluding citizen that would be the low one on the totem pole for me rp wise. I passive rp a lot in my apartment when I do play them and I don't mind but not the quality or experience of role play I get from the others =D.

what?

He means that hardly anybody sticks around in the plaza anymore, which I kind of agree. Everybody is in district 6 quite a lot of the time.

I sit on the bench at the plaza and see random suitcases fly past me and loads of mingerunning (D6 too).
I try to start a simple conversation and I receive answers such as;
/me pulls out his penis and rubs on it
Or simple dumb answers that give me the thought of them not worth roleplaying with.

It's not District Six. It's just the lack of people giving a fuck about seeing who is a mingebag and who actually wishes to roleplay with you and have a nice conversation.
