I press on the green apply here button, as you would normally, but it goes to a blank page and redirects me towards the index for some reason, for both google chrome and internet explorer.
Any help?

Not sure what you tried, but I've tested out all 4 applications, and they all work just fine.
Combine Civil Authority (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7668.0)
Civil Workers Union (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=10172.0)
Tooltrust applications (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7665.0)
Authorization applications (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7663.0)
They all work just fine, by clicking on the "Apply here" at the bottom of each thread, you go to a page where you have to fill in it's corresponding form.

I just tried all four of those applications you linked, and they ALL link me back to the Index. It must be a problem on my side or something but I have no idea what to do.

Try to access them from the Application selection page (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?action=form)
If that still doesn't work, then I honestly don't know what is wrong.

That link takes me to the index as well, It's like the forum doesn't want me accessing applications D:

That's really strange, mind screencapturing what the forums looks like for me? I might be able to diagnose it then.

It's just like the normal forum index with all of the boards.
It's like:
1. Click on the green apply here
2. Be redirected to a blank page for a second or so.
3. Be redirected again to the forum index.
You just want a picture of my normal forum index?

Mine is fine too, I just checked all four and they put me on the application form page. Even I ain't entirely sure what is happening unless there are some permissions somewhere where a requirement must be met to view the pages.

That's where I went, but it is the same for ALL of the applications. I click the green apply here and it does what you see in the three pictures.
Im not sure whether you understand my problem. I know WHERE the applications are, it just redirects me to the index every time.

Then try going directly to the application section you wish to go to instead of clicking the apply here button.

That also redirects me to the index, like as if Im not logged in.

Try relogging then.

Okay, so you click to go to the Civil Authority application section and it takes you straight to the index?

No, I click the apply here and it takes me to the index instead of the application page.

Then go straight to the application section itself and make a new topic.

Try accessing the form directly (press this) (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?action=form;n=2). If that doesn't work - I'll contact you on Steam.

Clicking that link just takes me back to the index im afraid. Im not quite sure what it is.
