Title: Authorization Help, please?

I'm not sure about something. I'm thinking of applying for CCA on my good character and I have 6/5 Loyalist points. But there's something that's unclear to me. For the 2 weeks of being on the forum, does it have to be total time logged in or from the time registered on Catalyst Gaming to 2 weeks after that?

You have to be registered on the CG forums for 2 weeks.
