Not everything should be overwatch. Civil protection units are trained for things such as sweeps and citizen control. Hell, APEX is sociostability and citizen control is something they're advanced at anyway.

I don't know whats up but it seems like every time I get on my recruit there is always a riot going on or about to go on. I can count three times where I opened the airlock door to find citizens outside throwing stuff at the nexus. Man those citizens need some other way to vent their aggressive rp instead of throwing rocks and bottles at the nexus.
