Title: Cannot change characters when tied.

I was tied on my Loyalist char for a CCA interview. I was accepted, made my char, and RP'd changing into my uniform. When I tried to change, it wouldn't let me change to my CCA char.

That's probably a feature to prevent people from changing characters while being tied to avoid the situation.

Participant Zero is right, you should just have asked the person who interviewed you to untie you.

This isn't a glitch as everybody has said already.
If this was removed, people would switch characters once they get to detainment and then switch back -- besides this doesn't seem like a big deal at all, you could've simply asked them to untie you.
