Reason for Un-PK:
My character Connor Fardoe recently got accepted for an interview for the CCA. I'm standing in the plaza waiting for a Uniform HC to get on, when suddenly some kid who's chars named is something like Jace Atremenatous walks up to 498 and says "This man is stocking me."
So 498 raises his shotgun to me, and tells me to get on the wall. Not wanting to get PK'd or in trouble, I complied with no questions. He searched me and found nothing more than a few loyalist books of course. He takes me into the nexus, and puts me in the furnace. At this point he shoots me in the back of the head with his shotgun with no RP.
He messages me in OOC and apologizes, he says his finger slipped. I say it's okay. Few seconds later, I'm pk'd. He says he was going to kill me anyways, take it to the appeals.

That is correct. I was also mocking my friend ICly, repeating after what he said earlier, which Viper used as "support" to the fact that I was "10-103M" (Mentally unfit).

If you were 'mocking my friend ICly, repeating after what he said' then you could be seen as mentally unfit.
I know I'd think they were unfit if someone started just repeated what someone else said for no reason.

He wasn't even nearby when I was doing this though, I have no idea how he would have heard it. Plus it was obvious ICly that I wasn't 'mentally unfit' because he was playing along.
E: And maybe it is arguable that I could have been considered mentally unfit. Even if I was running around in the plaza with my pants down, he still needs to roleplay killing me, which he didn't, so I don't see why I even need to argue this.

Dosnt say anywhere in the logs you were PK'd :/ Ill try to search better, might be some stupid log thats incorrectly listed
Edit: Cant find your PK anywhere, been looking and searcing your name but it dosnt come up. Maybe if char names dosnt show in PKs thats why.

Logs confirm that you were indeed killed with no RP, though by accident.
Since it was not RPed i'll accept it. I'll talk to the other involved about stuff like this
