Even if I would resize it better, you wouldn't be able to read the font, nor see it properly. Can't do anything for you.

Did the best i could with it.

It cant get any bigger than what it is on your profile now.

Instead of uploading it directly, just set the avatar to the tinypic one (thats what i did on your profile now).

You could try cropping out useless bits. That would mean cutting half of that logo in the back away, and perhaps part of her legs.
