Title: The button for the authorization apps is broken

Once you get to RTLK's old auths application page http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7663.0, and click the link that says apply here. It takes you back to the Index page. So could we get this fixed? Also sorry if I put this in the wrong section I was unsure where to put it.

Its because Alex and Somone77 forgot to move a lot of stuff over.

The find by steamid is also broken.

We didn't forget, we're redoing all of it. All bans were unauthenticated and all of his code is open to SQL injection.

Also the CCA and OTA rosters need fixed.
