Reason for the switch: New out there.

Time when it happened: During February 2012 ( Before the 10th February ), maybe near the 6th February.

Comment: I Just wanted to check this server because I knew it was related to the HL2RP server.

I didn't know this would happen.

I am really, really sorry about this mess.

Sorry for the long wait, this appeal is accepted after checking your inventory to ensure you didn't pick up any weapons/ammo of any sort while in the Outlands.
